Where We're Headed

Five years from now, we see LifeLab communities around the world.

Online and in person. Certified facilitators in all 50 states. Families gathering every week — not because they're broken, but because they want to get better at being a family. Teenagers who aren't just sitting through adults lecturing them about life, but leading groups themselves, teaching one another, becoming examples for the kids coming up behind them. Once a year, those families coming together from around the world as one community.

And we see that same work reaching hundreds of correctional facilities — staff and incarcerated people learning a shared language around responsibility, emotion, identity, and change. Because when someone goes to prison, an entire family serves that sentence with them: that incarcerated person is still somebody's mother, father, child, or spouse. So when they come home, there's somewhere for the whole family to land, and support to help them become a family again.
