Programs

Every LifeLab program teaches people to tell the difference between what happened and the story they built about it. Where that happens — a kitchen table, a group chat, a prison classroom — changes the shape of the program, not the substance.

We Hug The Family

A holistic approach for every stage of life.

LifeLab doesn't stop at one age group or one moment in someone's story — we meet the whole family, wherever they are.

Kids Ages 5–10

Building emotional awareness and healthy expression.

Youth Ages 11–18

Understanding the mind, navigating life, and choosing who they want to be.

Parents

Healing past wounds and building strong, connected families.

Adults & Corrections

Restoring hope, breaking cycles, and rebuilding lives.

Open Enrollment · Online

LifeLab Online

Our family and teen program, built weekday-online so it can reach families anywhere. There are no cohort start dates — enroll any month, and you'll move through a rotating curriculum that covers every core principle over the course of a year.

  • Three tracks by age — Kids (6–11), Teens (12–17), and Parents each meet in their own facilitated group, twice a month.
  • One weekly family exercise — a ~1-hour, prompt-based activity done on your own time, built around that month's principle, designed for the dinner table or game night.
  • Facilitated, not taught — groups are guided to discover each principle themselves, not lectured at.

$500/month per family, covering up to four people ($75/month per additional member). Founding-family enrollment is open now.

Art Therapy

Art, woven into every age track.

Kamene Bacon, a Registered Art Therapist, built LifeLab's art therapy curriculum into the Kids, Teens, and Parents tracks — giving each group a hands-on way to process what words alone can't reach.

Correctional & Reentry

The Mirror

A voluntary, 16-week journey into self-realization, emotional freedom, and inner peace. Rather than address behavior alone, it goes to what drives behavior: the childhood trauma, beliefs, and identity underneath.
