An open, unscripted call every Wednesday from 6–7pm Arizona time. There's no curriculum and no sign-up commitment — whatever's weighing on you, you can raise your hand and talk it through with Elijah live, or just listen in on what other people are working through. It's free, and it's open to anyone.
It's the most accessible front door into LifeLab's work: a weekly reminder, in real time, that you're already whole and complete — before any program, curriculum, or membership.
Register for a Wednesday callThree in-person experiences over the next few months — for kids, teens, and adults ready for something different. All are open to the public.
LifeLab is bringing the Soul Shoppe program to Chandler for an afternoon built around emotional intelligence, self-regulation, empathy, and conflict resolution. Through interactive lessons, role-play, and hands-on activities, kids build real tools for handling big feelings, building friendships, and working through disagreements peacefully — the same foundational skills that strengthen relationships and confidence well beyond childhood.
Free admission — open to kids ages 6–10.
RegisterA facilitated, identity-centered experience for teens — built around honest conversation instead of a lecture. Depending on turnout, the group may split by age (11–14 and 15–17) so the conversation lands right for where each teen actually is.
Free admission — open to teens ages 11–17.
RegisterThis one's for adults who are sick and tired of being sick and tired — ready for a different reality than the one they've been living. A full, immersive day with Elijah Kai, author of Already Whole, built around the same identity-centered work LifeLab brings into prisons, schools, and living rooms — now in a room built just for you.
$197 donation for admission.
